About the Organization

LIFECARE POLYCLINIC AND HOME CARE SERVICES is a multidisciplinary healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality outpatient, preventive, and home healthcare services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutritional care and lifestyle counseling to patients across various specialties.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients.
- Develop individualized diet plans based on medical diagnosis, age, lifestyle, and nutritional requirements.
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for diabetes, obesity, hypertension, renal disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and other clinical conditions.
- Conduct weight management, therapeutic nutrition, and lifestyle modification counseling.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding disease-specific nutrition and healthy eating habits.
- Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up consultations and modify diet plans as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with clinic policies.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient management.
- Participate in health awareness programs, wellness camps, corporate health initiatives, and community outreach activities organized by the clinic.
- Deliver nutritional counseling for both in-clinic and home care patients, where applicable.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian (preferred, where applicable).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospital or clinical practice.
- Strong communication, counseling,



and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in preparing evidence-based therapeutic diet plans.

Revenue Sharing Model

The Clinical Dietitian shall function as an independent consultant under a revenue-sharing arrangement.

- The Dietitian shall receive 70% of the consultation fees and nutrition package revenue generated from patients personally managed.
- LIFECARE POLYCLINIC AND HOME CARE SERVICES shall retain 30% of the revenue towards infrastructure, consultation space, appointment scheduling, billing, administrative support, marketing, utilities, and operational expenses.
- Revenue sharing shall be calculated on a monthly basis.
- Payments shall be released within 7 working days following the end of each calendar month, subject to reconciliation.
- Any discounts, promotional offers, or corporate packages shall be mutually agreed upon before implementation.
- Revenue generated from home visits shall be shared as per mutually agreed terms after considering travel and service-related expenses.

Professional Standards

The Clinical Dietitian shall:

- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with applicable healthcare laws and ethical standards.
- Provide evidence-based nutritional care.
- Maintain professional conduct and uphold the reputation of LIFECARE POLYCLINIC AND HOME CARE SERVICES.
- Ensure timely documentation and follow-up of all consultations.

Reporting

The Clinical Dietitian will report to the Medical Director/Clinic Administrator and work collaboratively with consultants and allied healthcare professionals.

General Terms

This engagement is on a revenue-sharing consultancy basis and does not create an employer-employee relationship unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
