OT Technician / OT Assistant

Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) from a recognized institution.

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in a hospital operation theatre setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre for surgical procedures.
- Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during operations.
- Ensure proper functioning of OT equipment.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Maintain OT inventory and documentation.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments.
- Understanding of sterilization and infection control practices.
- Positive communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,713.00 per month
