Key Responsibilities

- Conveyor System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of various conveyor types (belt,

roller, chain, etc.), including material selection, motor sizing, and structural layout.

- Precision Drafting: Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;)

principles to all engineering drawings to ensure perfect fitment and functional

interchangeability of parts.

- 3D Modeling & Drafting: Create high-precision 3D models and detailed 2D

production drawings using advanced CAD software.

- Technical Analysis: Perform mechanical calculations regarding load bearing, tension,

speed, and safety factors to ensure project reliability.

- BOM Management: Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical

documentation for procurement and assembly teams.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the automation team to ensure

mechanical designs seamlessly integrate with electrical control systems.

Technical Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- * Proven,



hands-on experience specifically in Conveyor Designing is mandatory.

o Advanced knowledge of GD&T; (ASME Y14.5) for manufacturing and quality

control.

- Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of:

o Creo

o AutoCAD

o Solidworks

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in mechanical design within an

industrial or automation setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
