Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and within timelines.

Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records.

Develop, review, and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance.

Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and HRMS records.

Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and payroll reports for management.

Guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.





Lead and support other HR operational activities as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 4–5 years in HR Operations/Generalist

Experience in payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management is mandatory.

Ability to work independently and report directly to the Director.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
