Job Summary

IWA Memorial Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, prepare financial reports, and support the hospital's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience in healthcare finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Assist with payroll accounting and financial audits.
- Verify hospital billing, insurance claims, and patient revenue.
- Coordinate with internal departments on financial matters.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hospital financial policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST/TDS).
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
