Key Responsibilities – Mobilizer cum Placement Officer

- Mobilize eligible youth for enrolment in the Skill Development Centre.
- Conduct community outreach, awareness programmes, and candidate counselling.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, government departments, NGOs, and community organizations for mobilization.
- Support the admission process and maintain candidate records and documentation.
- Develop and maintain employer and industry partnerships for placements.
- Organize placement drives, campus interviews, and employer interactions.
- Coordinate with employers to facilitate placement of trained candidates.
- Track placements, post-placement retention, and maintain placement MIS.
- Prepare periodic reports on mobilization and placement activities.
- Ensure achievement of mobilization and placement targets in accordance with company guidelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
