HR Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team with daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation while providing exposure to various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview processes and communicate with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
- Support attendance and leave record management.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications





- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
- Prior internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional workplace.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Internship Details

- Duration: 2–6 months
- Employment Type: Internship (Full-time/Part-time)
- Stipend: As per company policy
- Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Executive

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
