Job Description – Accounts Executive (Taxation)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive – Taxation with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of tax laws and be capable of independently managing GST and Income Tax return filings, reconciliations, assessments, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently prepare, review, and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, and other applicable returns).
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Handle TDS computation, payment, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Perform GST reconciliations with books of accounts, GSTR-2B, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and other statutory dues.
- Handle GST and Income Tax notices, departmental queries, and assessment proceedings.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure complete compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, statutory auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor amendments in GST and Income Tax laws and ensure timely implementation.




- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Maintain accounting records, ledger scrutiny, and tax-related reconciliations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's in Commerce (M.Com).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in taxation and statutory compliance.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of:
- GST Act and GST Return Filing
- Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing
- TDS Compliance
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) Reconciliation
- Tax Assessments and Statutory Compliance
- Hands-on experience with the GST Portal, Income Tax Portal, and TRACES Portal.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines with high accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end taxation experience.
- Proven experience in independently handling GST and ITR filings.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Excellent attention to detail, ownership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
