Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)
- Experience: 03–10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Language Requirements
- English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate business deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and business reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and exhibitions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel for business meetings when required.
- Salary - As per industry standards (Based on experience and performance)
