Terraforma Designs (Stratos Constructions), a Mumbai interior design and turnkey contracting firm, is hiring an all-rounder to handle our accounts, purchase, and day-to-day admin. If you're organised, good with numbers, and want a hands-on role where no two days look the same, read on.

Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
Job type: Full-time, day shift (fixed, Mon-Sat)

What you'll do:

Accounting

- Maintain books, ledgers, and daily entries in Tally
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- GST and TDS working, returns, and reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Project/site-wise cost tracking

Purchase

- Source materials, get and compare quotes, negotiate with suppliers
- Raise and track purchase orders and indents
- Coordinate timely delivery to project sites
- Maintain inventory and keep material costs in check
- Prepare client quotations and bills

Admin

- Manage office documentation, filing, and records




- Vendor and client coordination over calls/email
- Track compliance deadlines and renewals
- General office and back-office support as needed

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's in Commerce/Accounting
- 1–2+ years in accounting and purchase/procurement
- Solid Tally + working GST/TDS knowledge
- Comfortable with MS Office/Excel and willing to learn our in-house apps
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to juggle multiple threads
- Good written and spoken English and Hindi
