Key Responsibilities
- Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits for D2C brands.
- Analyze UI/UX, website performance, marketing funnels, and customer journeys.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure audits are completed on time.
- Prioritize recommendations based on expected impact on conversion rate, AOV, and retention.
- Prepare clear, actionable audit reports with well-supported insights

What We Expect from Candidates
- Understanding of performance marketing (CAC, ROAS, campaign structure).
- Basic knowledge of website performance and how websites function.
- Familiarity with the D2C/e-commerce ecosystem and customer journey from acquisition to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact issues.
- Valuable communication and plain writing skills to explain recommendations clearly.
- Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through in managing tasks and coordinating with stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GA4, Shopify Analytics, or similar tools.
- Hands-on e-commerce experience, such as managing an online store.
