About the Role

We are looking for a capable and organized HR Manager to join our team at Shrenik Goyal Architects. In this role, you will manage our hiring, look after our team's daily HR needs, and help maintain a positive, productive environment across our studio.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring for technical and creative roles (Architects, Designers, Site Supervisors, administrative staff).

Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle seamless joinings, orientation, standard paperwork, and exit procedures.

Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and foster strong team engagement.

Performance & Feedback: Coordinate performance reviews and assist firm management with talent development and appraisals.

HR Operations: Oversee attendance, leave tracking, policy management, and payroll coordination.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:



5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (prior experience in creative, architectural, or design studios is a bonus).

Education: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.

Traits: Approachable, proactive, and comfortable working alongside a dynamic team of creative professionals.
