Sales & Customer Service

- Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Demonstrate product features, quality, pricing, and available offers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Customer Relationship Management

- Collect and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and special occasions.
- Inform customers about current collections, promotions, and showroom events.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Product Knowledge

- Maintain thorough knowledge of all jewellery collections, gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and pricing.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and company policies.
- Educate customers about product care, warranty, exchange, and buyback policies.

Showroom Operations

- Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and well-organized.




- Assist in stock verification and inventory management.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items.
- Support visual merchandising activities as instructed.

Billing & Documentation

- Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Verify customer details for billing and documentation.
- Assist customers with payment procedures and after-sales services.

Compliance & Security

- Follow all company policies related to inventory, cash handling, and security.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
- Adhere to grooming standards and professional conduct at all times.

Teamwork

- Coordinate effectively with showroom colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
- Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional activities.
- Support showroom events, exhibitions, and festive sales campaigns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,517.56 per month
