Hello!

We are hiring Vice President / Head – Fund Raising (Real Estate) for a Leading Real Estate Developers Firm. Someone with a proven track record in raising capital for large-scale real estate projects.

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10–18 Years years of relevant experience in Fund Raising, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent.

Salary: ₹30–50 LPA

Key Responsibilities

1)Lead end-to-end fundraising for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

2) Raise debt, structured finance, project finance, and equity from Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity Funds, AIFs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.

3) Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.

4) Drive financial closures, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and fund disbursements.

5) Prepare financial models, investment presentations, and fundraising proposals.

6) Collaborate with senior leadership on capital planning, treasury, and refinancing strategies.

Prefered Skills:

a) Prior experience with a Real Estate Developer or Real Estate Fund is highly preferred.

b)



Solid network with Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity Funds, AIFs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.

c) Proven success in closing high-value fundraising transactions.
