JOB SUMMARY : The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging local businesses, introducing them to the Konnect24 platform, and helping them leverage digital solutions to grow their business. This role combines consultative selling, customer education, onboarding support, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is passionate about meeting people, understanding business needs, building trust, and contributing to the growth of local businesses and communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Visit assigned businesses and commercial establishments to introduce Konnect24 and its services. Understand each business's challenges and recommend suitable solutions available on the Konnect24 platform. Explain platform features, benefits, and subscription plans in a clear, simple, and customer-friendly manner. Guide business owners through the complete registration and onboarding process. Ensure accurate collection of business information and required documentation. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Conduct regular follow-up visits to support customers and encourage active platform usage. Generate current business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market research.



Achieve monthly business acquisition and revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, registrations, payments, and follow-up activities. Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve Konnect24's services. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely customer support. Act as a trusted advisor who helps businesses maximize the value of the Konnect24 ecosystem.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Plus Two or degree Good Malayalam communication Basic English-reading ability Smartphone knowledge Familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Maps Willingness to perform field sales Familiarity with the calicut area Presentable and professional appearance Ability to work with daily targets Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

EXPERIENCE : Sales experience is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and confidence may apply. Experience in telecom, banking, insurance, directory services, advertising, FMCG or field marketing is an advantage. SALARY Basic salary :20000/- Incentives after the CV shortlisted

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
