Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive team performance, productivity, and sales conversions through regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize team revenue and business growth.
- Monitor team KPIs, daily MIS, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Generate recent business opportunities through direct sales,



channel partners, corporate tie-ups, and strategic alliances.
- Guide the team in lead generation, client engagement, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Premium (A & A+) clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and market updates to enhance team performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and future project opportunities to drive business expansion.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to booking while maintaining exceptional customer experience. Report team performance, revenue, and sales activities to senior management.
