Job Summary

Expo India Connect is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, vendor payments, client billing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and experience working with Tally Prime, GST, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
- Generate client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payable records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for statutory compliance, audits, and ROC requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company financial policies.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Tally Prime (Mandatory).
- GST & TDS Compliance.
- MS Excel (Advanced).
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting & MIS.
- Payroll Processing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- CA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in the Event Management, Exhibition, Construction, Manufacturing, or Service Industry will be preferred.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
