Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Management or a related field. A certification in project management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Initiation:
- - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk assessments.

- Execution and Monitoring:
- - Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans effectively.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

- Team Coordination and Leadership:
- - Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Foster collaboration and clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure team performance aligns with project objectives.

- Stakeholder Management:
- - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain explicit and transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.




- Manage expectations and ensure alignment on deliverables.

- Quality Assurance:
- - Ensure that project outcomes meet the defined quality standards and objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to maintain high performance and compliance.

- Reporting and Documentation:
- - Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including lessons learned, for future reference.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Management or a related field. A certification in project management is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5years of proven experience in project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools
- Soft Skills:
- - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.

- Other Requirements: Knowledge of REACH regulation, SDS, regulatory compliance, etc.
