Service Engineer/ Technician

Job Overview

Inspecting, analyzing and trouble shooting products. Reading repair manuals and lialising other professionals.

Responsibilities and Duties

Install and test products to make sure they work correctly.

Follow installation and operation manuals.

Responds to service request and repair prodcuts.

Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.

Teaches customer how to use their products.

Escalate issues to manager promptly.

Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipments.

Writes service report after every appointment.

collaborates with managers and other service technicians.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (Preferred)
