Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Purchase Procurement Executive with hands-on experience in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other production requirements while ensuring timely procurement, cost optimization, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, factory consumables, and other production-related items.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.




- Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement activities to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Track supplier performance and resolve supply-related issues effectively.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, purchase reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier development.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes in the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience in vendor sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and inventory planning.
- Good understanding of food raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and factory consumables.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement activities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
