We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Coffee Staff with 3 to 5 years of experience in a coffee outlet, café, or coffee chain. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing and serving coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Candidates seeking full time or part-time (morning or evening shift) opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Operate coffee machines and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
- Handle customer orders, billing, and cash/POS transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing store operations as required.




- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a coffee outlet, café, coffee shop, or similar food and beverage establishment.
- Experience in beverage preparation and customer service is preferred.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Knowledge of coffee machines and café equipment.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidates with experience in reputed coffee chains or cafés are preferred.
- Candidates available for full-time or part-time (morning/evening) shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
