Job Summary

The Barista cum Beverage Maker & Cashier is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages such as Mojitos, Frappes, Cold Kaapi, Milkshakes, and other specialty drinks while ensuring excellent customer service. The role also includes handling billing, cash transactions, maintaining hygiene standards, inventory control, and supporting smooth café operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation

- Prepare hot and cold coffee beverages as per standard recipes.
- Prepare Mojitos, Frappes, Cold Kaapi, Milkshakes, Iced Tea, Lemonades, Smoothies, and other signature beverages.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, grinders, milk frothers, and beverage equipment.
- Ensure beverages are served within the defined service time standards.
- Monitor stock of syrups, coffee beans, milk, ice, fruits, garnishes, and other ingredients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
