Qualification:

- Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering
- Fire & Safety Certification from a recognized institute
- Additional safety-related certifications will be an advantage

Experience:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Hospital / Healthcare experience will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure overall fire and life safety compliance across the hospital premises.
- Conduct regular inspection of fire-fighting systems, equipment and safety installations.
- Ensure fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, sprinklers and emergency exits are maintained properly.
- Conduct regular fire safety rounds and identify potential fire hazards.
- Organize and conduct fire safety training, mock drills and emergency evacuation drills for employees.
- Ensure proper emergency evacuation procedures are established and followed.
- Maintain fire safety records, inspection reports, checklists and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for fire safety system maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety rules, regulations and hospital safety standards.




- Investigate fire-related incidents and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with local fire authorities and other regulatory agencies whenever required.
- Ensure emergency exits, staircases and fire access routes remain clear at all times.
- Monitor housekeeping, electrical and other areas for potential fire hazards.
- Create awareness among employees regarding fire prevention and emergency response.
- Support hospital management during emergency situations and disaster management activities.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
