Job Summary

Aditya Ventures Global Projects Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled Civil Engineer / AutoCAD Draftsman with experience in building construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing complete technical and execution drawings for residential, commercial, healthcare, office, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural, civil, and structural working drawings.
- Prepare detailed interior working drawings, including furniture, ceiling, flooring, partitions, and wall elevations.
- Prepare plumbing layouts (water supply, drainage, and sewer).
- Prepare electrical layouts, lighting, power, and conduit drawings.
- Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Prepare BOQs and material quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, site engineers, and project managers.
- Revise drawings as per site conditions and client requirements.




- Maintain drawing revisions and technical documentation.

Required Skills

- Expert in AutoCAD 2D (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of building construction drawings
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and interior detailing
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and site execution
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Revit or SketchUp knowledge will be an added advantage

Qualification

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- AutoCAD certification preferred

Experience

- 2–8 years in construction and interior projects
