Role: Academic Counselor

Minimum one year of experience in academic counselor

Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM/11 AM - 8 PM

Salary: 20,000 - 30,000

Location: Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable training programs. The role involves student interaction, lead conversion, and maintaining strong customer relationships through the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries (walk-ins, calls, website leads, social media).

Understand student needs and suggest appropriate career-oriented programs.

Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.

Maintain and update student data in CRM regularly.





Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.

Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth student onboarding.

Support marketing activities like seminars, webinars, and campaigns.

Required Skills:

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sales and counseling techniques

Ability to handle CRM tools and data management

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Good presentation and convincing skills
