Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Edappal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling prospective students, converting enquiries into admissions, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and field activities.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, events, and other marketing campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective guidance and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and admissions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Academic Counselling, or the Education/EdTech sector.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
