We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and responsible Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to join our clinic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and communicate professionally with patients• Handle patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups• Manage calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient queries• Maintain patient records and basic clinic documentation• Basic computer handling including MS Excel, Word, billing, and data entry• Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth clinic operations• Assist in day-to-day clinic management and support other staff activities when required• Ensure proper patient flow and maintain a welcoming clinic environment

Requirements:





- Positive communication and interpersonal skills• Basic knowledge of computer operations, Excel, and office work• Well-mannered, organized, and punctual• Ability to handle patients politely and professionally• Prior clinic/hospital/front desk experience is preferred (but not mandatory)• Should be proactive and able to multitask
