Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Location: Head Office – Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies across all projects.

✅ Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

✅ Lead the company's social media strategy, content planning, reels, videos, and brand storytelling.

✅ Drive lead generation campaigns while optimizing marketing budgets and improving ROI.

✅ Oversee SEO, website performance, email marketing, CRM campaigns, and marketing automation.

✅ Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, media partners, and influencers.

✅ Plan and execute project launches, events, exhibitions, and offline marketing activities.

✅ Track campaign performance, analyze data,



and present actionable insights to management.

We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing.

✔ Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Strategy, and Brand Building.

✔ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.

✔ Solid leadership, communication, and project management skills.

✔ A creative, data-driven marketer who can convert ideas into measurable business results.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
