Job Responsibilities : • Senior/lead technical role on assigned DC + DMZ projects (this role carries project leadership expectation — distinct from the other two roles)\r\n• Deep operational ownership of DMZ environment alongside DC (Nexus/Catalyst)\r\n• Own Load Balancer setting understanding and integration points\r\n• Act as escalation point for complex switching/routing incidents\r\n• Represent HCL technically in Cisco-facing project discussions for assigned work
Skill Requirement : • CCNP-level switching and routing knowledge (mandatory)\r\n• Senior-level expertise in DC + DMZ (Cisco Nexus,
Catalyst) — expected to be deeper than the DC LMNT role\r\n• Strong Load Balancer environment understanding\r\n• Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery on a project, not just execute tickets\r\n• Arista exposure — a plus\r\n• 8–12 yrs total; 3–5 yrs relevant, weighted toward senior/lead prior roles
