- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing GST returns, TDS,
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliation

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 Yrs years of accounting experience (Positive accounting knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime and Zoho books
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Advance excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in an export-import or manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of import/export documentation and accounting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
