Job Mission

As the City Manager, you will be the business owner for your respective city’s residential society vertical. Your core mission is to build and lead a dedicated on-ground team to drive housing society acquisitions, execute high-impact BTL campaigns, and ensure service excellence. You will hold direct responsibility for scaling the city’s recurring revenue to steady-state targets of ₹25–30 lakh per month within the first quarter.

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue & Target Ownership: Own city-level demand generation and revenue targets. Drive the team to achieve ₹8–10 lakh in Month 1, scaling up to ₹25–30 lakh by Month 3 through subscriptions, repeat orders, and recent acquisitions.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and drive a team of 4 Society Sales Executives to ensure seamless execution of daily acquisition and activation targets.
- Stakeholder Management:



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), Management Committees (MCs), and key society stakeholders.
- Operations & Quality Control: Coordinate seamlessly with the operations team to fulfill generated demand. Monitor service quality standards and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and oversee Below The Line (BTL) activations, promotional kiosks, and resident engagement activities across targeted premium societies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: Proven experience in B2B2C sales, hyperlocal operations, or team leadership, preferably interacting with housing societies.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage on-ground sales teams and drive performance against aggressive revenue targets.
- Execution: Highly proactive with a knack for closing deals with RWAs and managing field activations.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
