We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our growing team and help us maintain a positive workplace culture.The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training.

- This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

EXPERIENCE:-

- Above 3 year of experience in HR

QUALIFICATION:-

- Master’s in Human Resources / Relevant degree in HR

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
