Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant based in Indore to manage our daily financial activities, statutory compliance, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling GST/TDS filings, and ensuring smooth accounts payable and receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Core Accounting: Maintain books of accounts, ledger entries, and manage month-end/year-end account closing processes.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS calculation & deductions, and assist with Income Tax returns.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor cash flows, issue customer invoices, process vendor payments, and follow up on payment recoveries.
- Reporting & Auditing:



Prepare monthly P&L; statements and balance sheets; assist external CAs during annual financial audits.
- Payroll & Statutory Dues: Process monthly staff payroll along with PF and ESIC calculations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience in Indore.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Busy, or Zoho Books, along with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Taxation Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS, IT).
- Location: Local candidates based in or willing to relocate to Indore preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
