Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Education Loan Expert to help students secure education loans for their overseas education. The ideal candidate will coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and third-party loan providers to ensure students receive the most suitable funding options and timely loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide students and parents on education loan options for studying abroad.
- Assess student eligibility for secured and unsecured education loans.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and third-party loan partners to process loan applications.
- Assist students in preparing and submitting all required loan documentation.
- Follow up with lending partners to ensure timely loan approvals and sanction letters.
- Explain loan terms, repayment options, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Work closely with the counselling, admissions, and visa teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan applications and their status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners.
- Stay updated on the latest education loan products, banking policies, and financial schemes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Education Loans, or
- Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services, or
- Loan Processing / Loan Sales / Credit Operations.
- Candidates with prior banking experience handling retail loans, personal loans, or education loans are encouraged to apply.




- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent documentation and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Study Abroad Consultancy.
- Experience working with banks and NBFCs offering education loans.
- Knowledge of financial requirements for student visa applications.
