You will be the first point of contact for potential homeowners, responsible for turning inquiries into site visits and guiding clients through our sample house experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Call Leads: Reach out to potential buyers and book site visits.
Showcase: Conduct skilled tours of the Sample Bungalow.
Follow-up: Build relationships and guide clients toward booking.
Report: Track daily lead status and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Real Estate or High-End Sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Professional appearance and a target-driven mindset.
- Must be available to work weekends.
