We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and career-driven professionals to join our Clinical Operations team as a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA). This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in the clinical research industry while working on national and international healthcare projects.

Candidates from Rajasthan will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA), you will be responsible for:

- Supporting day-to-day clinical trial operations and project activities.
- Maintaining Trial Master File (TMF), Investigator Site Files (ISF), and other essential clinical trial documentation.
- Assisting in study start-up, site activation, study tracking, and close-out activities.
- Coordinating with internal teams, investigators, sponsors, ethics committees, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining study-related reports and documentation.
- Supporting medical writing, publication support, and clinical documentation activities, as required.
- Tracking project timelines and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in data review, quality checks, and documentation management.




- Communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- BDS / MDS
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences)
- M.Sc Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Other Healthcare or Pharmacy-related disciplines

Required Skills

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Clinical Research, Clinical Trial processes, and ICH-GCP guidelines (preferred).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to build a long-term career in the Clinical Research/CRO industry.

Preferred Experience

- Candidates with prior experience as a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA), Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Trial Assistant, or Site Executive will be preferred.
- Exposure to Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Clinical Data Management, Trial Master File (TMF) management, or Publication Support will be an added advantage.
