Job Summary:
We are a premier real estate development company in Kozhikode, looking for an experienced Senior Stores Officer. You will manage our construction site stores and central inventory. Your main goal is to ensure the smooth receipt, storage, issue, and tracking of materials needed for our residential and commercial projects.

Material Receipt: Inspect and log all incoming construction materials against
Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.

- Storage & Safety: Organize secure storage, preservation, and proper identification of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Inventory Control: Issue materials to engineers and contractors based on authorized Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date stock registers, bin cards, and ERP/manual inventory records.
- Audits & Reconciliation: Run periodic physical stock verifications and report any inventory variances or shortages.
- Demand Planning: Monitor stock levels to prevent site shortages while avoiding over-purchasing.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with Purchase, Project,



and Accounts teams regarding material receipts and consumption.
- Logistics Tracking: Manage records for inter-site material transfers, returns, scrap, surplus, and rejected items.
- Loss Prevention: Enforce safety, security, and housekeeping rules to prevent material damage, waste, and pilferage.
- Reporting: Assist in material consumption analysis and prepare monthly inventory MIS reports.

Experience: 5 to 8+ years of experience in store management specifically within the Real Estate or Construction industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Construction ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or specialized real estate ERPs).

Language: Fluent in Malayalam (for local vendor and contractor coordination) and working knowledge of English.

Location: Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Kozhikode.
