Trainee - Clinical Application Engineer Trainee

Medbionix is looking for a motivated Fresher to join our team, focusing on technical support. You will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop your skills in providing technical support, product demonstrations, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals and customers on our surgical products.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Stay updated on product features, applications, and industry trends.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events as needed.

Requirements:

- Any degree in related field (recent graduate or currently pursuing).
- Any Fresher can apply for this position.
- Strong interest in combining technical knowledge with customer interaction.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits and events.
