Key Responsibilities

- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime and plant reliability.
- Manage maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
- Drive TPM, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor performance.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 12–15 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in solar, electronics, semiconductor, automotive, or similar high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
