Social Media Strategist & Content Writing

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Mode: On-site (Thane)

Must-Haves for This Role

Education: Degree/Diploma/Post Graduation in Marketing, Filmmaking, Mass Media, Animation or any related creative field.

Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in organic engagement, content writing & Canva.

Technical Skills: Canva/design tools, content writing, social media platforms and basic analytics

Portfolio: Ensure your CV includes links to your social media portfolio.

Soft Skills: Creative and strategic thinking, solid communication and time management.

Candidate preferred location: Thane, Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (15 to 30 days max)

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional Canva templates for static posts.
- Write engaging content, technical blogs, captions and LinkedIn posts.
- Plan, curate and schedule a content calendar to keep posts ready 2 weeks in advance.
- Manage social media posting, campaigns and brand building.
- Focus on organic growth and analyze platform performance.
- Coordinate with the videography team for timely content delivery.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across platforms.

Expectation:

Proactive: Plan and map content 2 weeks in advance,



aligning posts to business goals and industry trends, not just dates.

Cohesive: Ensure perfect brand consistency in voice and aesthetic across every platform (LinkedIn, blog, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)

Bilingual: Write content that is both technically accurate (for blogs) and immediately engaging (for captions).

Visual Expert: Produce high-quality, brand-compliant Canva assets that are ready-to-use and require minimal revision.

The Hub: Own the content pipeline, managing dependencies and ensuring assets are delivered on time

Growth Focus: Every campaign must be executed with the goal of organic growth.

Compensation Package

Hike on current CTC, based strictly on industry experience, core skills, and technical evaluation.
