Are you passionate about field operations, installations, and customer success? We're looking for energetic professionals with experience in IoT, Telematics, EV, Automotive, Fleet Management, GPS Tracking, or Electronics industries to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate installation schedules with internal teams
Manage installation and rectification activities end-to-end
Support field technicians with technical guidance and troubleshooting
Ensure quality standards and timely project execution
Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for resource availability
Maintain installation reports and documentation (Champ App)
Handle technician travel expenses and cost reconciliation
Communicate with customer fleet/ground teams throughout the installation lifecycle




Ensure compliance with safety standards and drive continuous process improvements

Preferred Background:

- Mechanical / Electronics Engineering (preferred)
- Relevant field operations experience from IoT, Telematics, EV, Automotive, Fleet Management, GPS Tracking, Automotive Electronics, or Mobility industries is highly preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

✔ 1–2 years of relevant experience
✔ Hindi is mandatory for all candidates
✔ Kannada is mandatory for one position

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- IoT, Telematics: 1 year (Required)
- EV, Automotive, Fleet Management: 1 year (Required)
- GPS Tracking, or Electronics: 1 year (Preferred)
