Ashtamudi Wellness Beauty Salon is the leading name in the beauty and wellness industry, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote salon services, bridal packages, and special offers.
- Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about services, packages, promotions.
- Identify and qualify potential leads for salon services and bridal bookings.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
- Book appointments for customers and ensure timely follow-ups for confirmation.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team for scheduling and managing client visits.
- Conduct post-service feedback calls to understand customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.




- Record and communicate feedback to the respective teams for necessary action.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Malayalam]
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and basic computer applications.
