Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Marketing Associate to support the hospital's marketing initiatives, patient acquisition activities, and brand promotion efforts. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance companies, and community organizations to increase patient referrals and enhance the hospital's visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote hospital services and specialties to referring doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners and referral sources.
- Conduct field visits to generate patient referrals and business opportunities.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, CME activities, and community outreach events.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and social media promotions.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
- Achieve assigned targets related to patient referrals and business development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel locally for marketing and business development activities.

Salary: As per industry standards
