About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to manage our premium lighting showroom. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and experience in retail sales with exposure to decorative and commercial lighting products.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of 4–5 Sales Executives.
- ⁠Attend walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- ⁠Handle premium clients and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Fancy and Commercial Lighting solutions.
- ⁠Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers until order closure.
- ⁠Coordinate with the warehouse regarding stock availability and order processing.
- ⁠Ensure smooth billing, dispatch, and timely delivery of products.
- ⁠Follow up on pending quotations and customer enquiries.
- ⁠Maintain showroom ambience, visual merchandising, and display standards.
- ⁠Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- ⁠Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.




- ⁠Achieve monthly sales targets and improve showroom conversion.

Required Skills

- ⁠Hands-on experience in the Lighting Industry or allied retail sectors.
- ⁠Knowledge of Decorative/Fancy Lighting and Commercial Lighting products.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ⁠Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- ⁠Excellent customer relationship and sales closing skills.
- ⁠Team leadership and people management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of quotations, invoicing, CRM, and billing software.
- Ability to multitask and work under sales targets.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in Lighting, Home Décor, Electrical Products, Furniture, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Modular Switches, Home Automation, or Luxury Retail will be preferred.
