Job Title: Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive to manage and upload product catalogues, compliance management & cross functional activity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products are accurately listed, compliant with requirements, and updated regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor GeM, and other government procurement portals for relevant tenders.

· Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, ATCs, and commercial terms.

· Prepare technical and commercial compliance sheets.

· Coordinate with Product, Sales, Finance, Purchase, and Management teams for bid documentation.

· Upload bids and supporting documents before deadlines.

· Ensure compliance with OEM authorizations, certifications, EMD, MSE/MSME, Make in India, BIS, ISO, and other statutory requirements.

· Prepare and maintain bid trackers, MIS reports,



and submission records.

· Prepare clarification queries whenever required.

· Follow up on bid status, reverse auctions, contract awards, and purchase orders.

Ensure complete confidentiality and accuracy of all bid-related documents

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software (Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness of data.
- Good communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
