The PRT Computer Teacher is responsible for teaching basic computer skills to primary school students. The teacher will introduce students to fundamental computer concepts, digital literacy, and safe use of technology in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach basic computer concepts to primary classes.
- Introduce students to MS Office, basic coding concepts, and educational software.
- Conduct practical computer lab sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical activities.
- Guide students on safe and responsible use of the internet and technology.
- Maintain computer lab discipline and assist in basic lab management.
- Evaluate student progress through practical tests and assignments.
- Participate in school meetings,



events, and training programs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in a school is an advantage.

Skills Required

- Valuable knowledge of computers and basic programming concepts.
- Ability to teach young learners effectively.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for computer systems.
