Position: Supply Chain Manager
Department: Supply Chain / Operations, Location: Delhi , Sonipat (Haryana)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.

· Plan and manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.

· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.

· Forecast material requirements based on production plans and sales projections.

· Manage vendor selection, negotiations, performance evaluation, and relationship management.

· Ensure timely inward and outward logistics, transportation planning, and delivery schedules.

· Analyze supply chain data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

· Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

· Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse, planning, and logistics teams.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration,



or a related field.

· MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

Experience

· 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Inventory, or Logistics.

· Experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.

· Experience in stainless steel cookware, kitchenware, or similar industry will be an added advantage.
