Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution and improve service delivery.
- Lead efforts to document and update technical knowledge bases to support effective troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with SD-WAN Operations.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and infrastructure components.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues across multiple platforms.

- Familiarity with vendor management and collaboration to resolve technical challenges effectively.
