- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing database administration and performance tuning related to SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting system availability and performance.
- Familiarity with system upgrades, patch management, and transport management in SAP landscapes.
- Competence in monitoring system health and implementing backup and recovery procedures.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our HDC5A - SEZ location.
