Responsibilities:

Provide architectural leadership across the ServiceNow platform Define architecture patterns review and approve significant design decisions ensure all solutions align with enterprise standards and guardrails and serve as the senior technical escalation point across all delivery squads

Skills :

11-20 years in ServiceNow architecture deep multimodule expertise ITSM HRSD CSM GRC integration patterns and security architecture ServiceNow CTA preferred
